kindness, compassion, humility, sacrifice, generosity, hospitality, sharing, forgiveness, graciousness, helping, respectfulness, accepting, meekness, loyalty, selflessness.

I just thought I would write these words down because it’s been so long since I have seen them anywhere. I see plenty of the words success, individuality, industry, winner and loser. I see so much of the words … wealth, image, power, status, networking. and it seems to me that somewhere in the mix, with the increase of these supposed measures of positive self-improvement, and the decrease of the other (stated above) more other-centred values, we have lost our greatest individual and collective asset … humanity …

oh, to not only hear the words above, to not only see them written … but oh to see these values fully embraced again and given fullness of life …
