reality

‘God’s not real’ they said. there is nothing to see, to touch to hold. so, where is the proof of him? but then what makes your reality? is it simply the tangible world that exists outside of you? or is your reality made up more of your thoughts, your feelings, your responses, your beliefs and values and ideals? are you your body alone, that which you can see and touch … which can be held? or are you not more your soul, that which cannot be seen and touched and held but that that can be known? maybe even a combination of your context, your mind and feelings and teachings… your personality and thoughts as well as your physical limitations and freedoms. and if you are more than simply your physical composition, can God not be real beyond the physical too?
